Hello everyone! I'm a-making some magic. The dark, evil, VARDEN KILLING kind. That's right, I'm working on yet another computer game masterpeice. This one is for
Du' Shurtugals, an Eragon fan site. This will be my second game for them, and so much better than
the first.
With this post, I'm sure you noticed, I've included two lovely screenshots, both of the game in it's curreny (still testing and making) stage. The 'level' in question is a traget practice room, where you get to learn how to use Durza's dark, evil powers to kill two very ordinary dear, and one not so ordinary silver one that takes a rather surprising amount of magical fires and explosions to kill. I'm sure you'll notice the wonderful, all origonal graphics and the beautiful GameMaker Special FX trail that is the 'brisingr' spell. This game also boasts 360 degree rotation (instead of the silly four-direction kind from it's predecessor.) This game will also have, if all goes well, it's own, custom made by me, backround music. Wow. It will also contain a joke of some sort at some point and, hopefully, the ability to command a small band of urgals. Oh, and you'll get to kill Eragon.
As for the rest of my life, I am overjoyed to say I have once again secured employment at Perfect North Slopes! Yay! They are, as you can see from the
snowcams on their
website, blowing snow. Oh joy!
This also means I have at last left the CP Winery. More joy!
In other news, I am sad to announce that I've missed another great deal on
Woot, a Woot-off... and though
Lifeteen at last posted my Rock and Roll topic, no one replied.
Oh well, that's it for the moment.
